Janet was an A+ seller’s agent! She had great shoes to fill and stepped into our home sale just before going on the market. She was responsive, savvy, and on top of every detail. She took care of our pre-sale appointments, endless forms and questions, brokers’ open, open houses, and individual appointments with potential buyers, all with grace and cheer. She then walked us through multiple offers, counters, and escrow, following up on every to-do item as needed. Janet was nothing short of amazing to work with. For a first time buyer I was very naive and needed a lot of hand holding to say the least, Janet could not have been more accommodating of my most annoying and repetitive questions and requests. At no point did I feel pressured or like she had any motivation other than supporting me in finding my new home within my financial comfort. At almost all hours of the day we were able to effectively communicate to transfer information and keep progress going. I feel we had a very smooth and effective strategy to get the price I wanted which seems extremely rare in todays market. Even in the face of a big and unforeseen road block that wasn’t really in her realm of responsibilities during escrow, Janet went above and beyond to make things happen having to communicate and collect documents and resources from many parties. Janet recently helped us buy our first house (at asking!) on a beautiful street in Culver City. I will start by saying that we were a bit nervous to jump into a house search when the market is so competitive, but Janet kept this whole process very stress-free for us. She knew our wishlist, and everytime we saw a house together she paid close attention to what we liked and didn't like. Her communication style was great, and she was always able to schedule showings for every property we wanted to see. She helped us put in competitive offers but never pushed us to go outside our comfort zone. Once we were in escrow, Janet worked fast to schedule all the inspections we wanted and stayed in tight communication with our lender and the seller's agent so we met all our deadlines.
