We had fairly tight timelines, and she was able to advise on staging the house and getting it done and ready to market in short order. Janet Heinzle is the best realtor we have worked with. She sold our condo in Los Angeles recently. It sold for above ask with multiple offers in 3 weeks. The condo looked amazing after the staging. She has a team that does 3D virtual tour and a visual map of the floorplan which is very helpful to buyers.
She has a large network of reasonably priced agents she works with from staging/painting to handyman. We literally gave her the keys and moved across the country and she took care of the rest, including taking care of some leftover items we didn't get a chance to take care of ourselves.
She went above and beyond what a realtor does. Janet was on auto-pilot, and being so busy with little kids, it gave me peace of mind she was in charge. She always accommodated my busy schedule and would check in at appropriate times to communicate the updates.

Janet was nothing short of amazing to work with. For a first time buyer I was very naive and needed a lot of hand holding to say the least, Janet could not have been more accommodating of my most annoying and repetitive questions and requests. Janet recently helped us buy our first house (at asking!) on a beautiful street in Culver City. I will start by saying that we were a bit nervous to jump into a house search when the market is so competitive, but Janet kept this whole process very stress-free for us.
